  • What are your business hours?

    Mechanical shop operates from 8.00am -4.30pm.

    Although the Office Reception is open from 7.00 for early drop off.

    There is also a Early drop off key box located near the RACQ approved repairer sign on the fence to the main parking area.

  • Can I get a quote for mechanical repairs over the phone or internet?

  • Do you specialise in all types of mechanical repairs?

    Yes

  • Do you do Wheel Alignments, Balancing and Tyres?

    Yes, when it comes to tyres we can provide options for costing and durability so you make the most informed choice.

  • Can you fix my Air Conditioning?

    Yes when it comes to air conditioning problems we generally find it best that we do run a diagnostic checks to determine the fault and then provide you with an estimate to fix it.

  • How do I book my car in for mechanical work or Service?

  • Do you offer a warranty on repairs?

    All labour carried out at Apex Auto Group comes with a 6 month/10000k warranty. All parts used are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Which payment methods do you offer?

    For any vehicle to be released from Apex we require payment of the service, repairs or excess.

    Payment can be made at any stage throughout the process, however it is recommended upon pick up of the completed vehicle.

    We offer a range of payment options, they include:

    Direct Deposit – Westpac BSB No: 034 072 – A/C No: 258 591 (please quote your invoice number as the REFERENCE Number as well)

    Eftpos

    Direct Deposit and Eftpos is our preferred method for payments

    We do not accept any cheques

    If you have concerns with any of the payment options, please give Apex Auto Group a call before repairs have commenced.

    All payments must be cleared in our account before vehicle will be released.
