  • Can I get a quote for accident repairs over the phone?

    Unfortunately no, to be able to provide you with an accurate quote we need to physically see the vehicle to assess any underlying damage.

  • Do I need an appointment to get a quote?

    Appointments are necessary.

    Quoting is done from 7:30 to 3.30 Monday to Thursday and 7.30 to Midday on Friday.

    Apex is not open on Public holidays.

  • How long does the quoting process take?

    It takes approx. 15-20mins to take photos and make notes of the damage.

  • Do you do insurance and private work?

    Yes we do private work as long the vehicle is also having repairs done by an insurance company.

  • Do I have the right to choose a repairer?

    This depends on your choice of Insurer.

    You may have the right to choose the repairer of your choice, you will need to contact your insurance company or you can also check your product disclosure statment if you have been offered that choice with your policy.

    Your insurance company may offer the option for a nominal fee, but you will need to check with your insurance company.

  • Can you match my vehicles paint colour?

    Yes, we use a Spectro Camera which takes high quality images using reflected light to compile the most accurate colour for your car. We only use the finest paint system which is continually updated with the latest technology and developments.

  • Can you fix hail damage?

    Yes, depending on how bad the damage is. We use conventional methods and sometimes PDR (Paintelss Dent Removal), we have strong relationships with PDR experts when required.

  • How long will the repair take?

    The repair time is dependent on a couple of factors.

    1. Extent of the damage to your vehicle
    2. Authority from Insurer
    3. Part availability

    However most repairs are completed during a 2-10 working day time frame.

  • How do I book in for repairs?

    Simply call us at Apex Auto Group on 3369 0333 and our booking consultant will help you to secure suitable dates.

  • Am I required to do anything before I bring my car in for repairs?

    Yes, we need you to remove any valuables and child safety seats from your vehicle, also please remove or disconnect any dash cameras.

  • Who do I pay my excess to?

    If an excess is required, you will need to pay it to us, Apex Auto Group, on completion of the repairs.

  • Which payment methods do you offer?

    For any vehicle to be released from Apex we require payment of the service, repairs or excess.

    Payment can be made at any stage throughout the process, however it is recommended upon pick up of the completed vehicle.

    We offer a range of payment options, they include:

    Direct Deposit – Westpac BSB No: 034 072 – A/C No: 258 591 (please quote your invoice number as the REFERENCE Number as well)

    Eftpos & Direct Deposit is preferred method for payments

    We do not accept any cheques

    If you have concerns with any of the payment options, please give Apex Auto Group a call before repairs have commenced.

    All payments must be cleared in our account before vehicle will be released.

  • What type of Guarantee do you offer?

    We can only provide you with the warranty that your insurance company offers, you will need to check you product disclosure statement or contact your insurance company.

    All parts are covered by the vehicle manufactures warranty.

Apex Auto Group shall not be liable for any failure or delay in supply or delivery of products/services where such failure or delay is wholly or partly due to any cause or circumstances whatsoever outside the reasonable control of Apex Auto Group including but not limited to war, strikes, lockouts, industrial disputes or unrest, government restrictions or transport delays, fire, power outages, failure attributable to third party suppliers, breakdown of plant, theft, vandalism, riots, civil commotions, accidents of any kind or act of terrorism. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavours to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.

Our Smash Repair staff use modern techniques and extensive knowledge to return your vehicle to showroom conditions. We use state of the art equipment that includes modern Spray Booths, Infrared drying systems and water born paint products which are environmentally friendly.

The convenience and quality of service we offer our clients is critical to our business and we endeavour to maintain high quality practices to ensure reoccurring business in the future. Quoting is done from 7:30 to 3.30 Monday to Thursday and 7.30 to 1 on Friday Apex is not open on Public holidays. Appointments are necessary the process takes approximately 15-20mins to take photos and make notes of the damage.

Reception is open at 7am for early drop off, depending on you insurer they can organise either car hire, a taxi or Uber to take you back home. Please check with your insurer to see if you qualify for any of these option.
